The Founder
Meet Junaid Ali
Engineer turned entrepreneur. Junaid built IMA Circle so ambitious Muslims could grow real businesses — with purpose, brotherhood, and without leaving their deen behind.

The Journey
Junaid's Story
Modest Beginnings — India
Born into a humble family. Both parents were doctors, but life was modest. Raised on the standard path: study hard, get good grades, get a good degree.
Moving To Canada
Earned an engineering degree from a well-known university in India. That degree opened the door to migrate to Canada to continue studying.
Corporate Engineer
Finished his studies and landed a job as a computer engineer. Lived out the script he had been handed his whole life.
Laid Off — Back Against The Wall
Got laid off within a year. No savings. No family safety net. Survived on what he had and made a decision: stop waiting, start building real skills.
Six Months Of All-In
Doubled down on hard skills for six straight months. That work landed him a senior engineering role at one of Canada's largest companies — by Allah's mercy, then his own effort.
Three Years In Corporate — Stalled
Worked hard, got results, but recognition never came. Politics, hierarchy, decisions made for him. He realised time-for-money would never give him freedom.
Going All In Online
Joined a structured online business program. Put in 12–16 hours a day, sometimes praying Fajr before sleeping. Closed 15 influencer deals in 2 days. 30 in 2 weeks.
First Real Deal — Powered By Dua
Stood his ground on his first brand negotiation, then turned to Allah. "I've done everything I can. Now I double down on dua." The deal closed.
Building IMA Circle
After experiencing what changes when you have the right system, the right brothers, and the right intention — Junaid built IMA Circle so other Muslim entrepreneurs wouldn't have to walk the path alone.
Real Results
Real income. Real proof. No smoke and mirrors.
Actual payments received. Sender details and account numbers are blurred for privacy.
In His Words
Business Philosophy
Business With Purpose
Money is like the body — you can use it for good or for evil. Build something that lets you give, support family, and serve your deen.
Consistency Over Motivation
Most people don't fail from lack of talent. They fail from not putting in the hours. Show up daily, follow the steps, repeat.
Brotherhood Around You
The brothers you build with shape how far you go. The right environment makes the work bearable — and often, possible.
Implementation Over Information
The internet has endless information. Results come from picking a proven path and actually doing the work. Don't collect — execute.
Tied To Allah
Work hard, make dua, trust the outcome. Closing his biggest deal, he says Allah's barakah and dua came first — everything else was secondary.
Long-Term Thinking
No shortcuts. No hacks. Build skills, build trust, build a business that compounds over years, not weekends.
The Why
Why I Created IMA Circle
IMA Circle exists to help Muslim entrepreneurs build businesses with purpose — while staying rooted in their values.
Most Muslim Entrepreneurs Build Alone
Friends and family rarely understand the journey. Without the right room, ambition fades.
The Right Room Makes It Easier
Around hungry, honest brothers, the standard rises on its own. Hard work feels normal again.
Accountability Builds Consistency
When someone is checking in, you don't slip. Weekly mentorship and a private brotherhood keep you moving.
Growth Compounds Around Growth
You don't rise to your goals — you fall to your environment. We engineered an environment worth falling into.
Trust
Why Members Trust Junaid
Built It Himself First
Junaid walked the exact path before guiding anyone. Corporate engineer → laid off → built skills → built a business closing real brand deals.
Community Builder
IMA Circle isn't a course — it's a private brotherhood with weekly live mentorship and a culture of showing up for each other.
Mentorship That Picks Up The Phone
When members get stuck, there's a human who's done it on the other side — not a chatbot, not a forum thread.
Implementation-First
The playbook is structured so members ship work in the first week, not the first month. Steps, not theory.
Values-First Leadership
Salah on time. Halal money. Family first. The standard isn't compromised for revenue.
Long-Term Thinking
Members are coached to build assets and skills that compound — not chase a single viral month.
See It In Action
Real Mentorship, Caught On Call
This isn’t a chatbot or a forum thread, it’s real mentorship calls, like this one.
“Assalamu alaikum. Once Junaid gave me the email copy, I got responses immediately, 10 influencers in two days. Before that, I wasn’t getting much response at all. So just listen to him, whatever he says, he is right. Allahu Mubarak.”
In Junaid’s Own Words
The Founder’s Journey In Numbers

“Joined IMA in June, made $30K in profit. All praise and glory is to Allah, the bestower, the sustainer and the provider.”
$800K in closed deals
“5 months into IMA, Allahumma Barik. With Allah's tawfeeq and the right amount of effort, we can achieve results we thought were never possible.”
$1M in closed deals
“To end 2025, including a $700K deal closed in under 30 minutes. Rizq is not limited, when Allah opens doors, He truly gives without account.”
